Return & Exchange Policy


At ZANIARA, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Final Sale items

  • Subscription items

  • Phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, and keychains

  • All mystery items

Give your items a second life: Alternatively, if you've had something for a while and want to give it a new life, check out ZANIARA Pre-Loved. It's our official destination to buy and sell pre-loved pieces where you can sell for credit or cash!


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email orders@zaniara.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.


3. Refunds & Fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Exchanges: Always 100% free.

  • Refunds: Subject to a $7 handling fee.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to officially post.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@zaniara.com.


5. Shipping & International Orders

  • Tracking: When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Delivery Times: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • International Orders: International return postage must be paid for entirely by the customer.


6. How to File a Return or Exchange

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or start a regular return, please file your request through our online portal.
