Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (United States): 2–5 business days after dispatch
International: 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 20 business days in some cases.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

ZANIARA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed or returned packages may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
